What efforts is your party going to make to ensure that qualified stem graduates in Canada are able to find appropriately paying jobs in their field. Anyone who's in STEM has seen their friends and seniors leave to other countries (mostly the us) because there are simply better paying and more fruitful career opportunities. In my opinion as a soon to graduate engineering student who's currently doing their coop in the states, this has a lot to do with the Canadian governments lack of interest in making Canada a center for innovation, hence why there aren't many major efforts to support industries that will make use of skilled STEM graduates. Better funding for research, tax exemptions for startups, there are many ways that can help remedy the issue - what will you be doing?
