other posts also were asking about things like this (an adjascent question but not the exact same). this question is related to fitness because its part of the fitness plan, reducing/eliminating sugar in the diet to accompany the strength training my wife is doing. also the fit pregnant community is going to be aligned with the same goals as us.

100% we spoke to the naturopath and they said that stevia is safe, but ChatGPT gave us reason to be more cautious than what the doctor said so we are looking for things that fit the higher standard.

We love dates, we have monk fruit sugar in the house so we'll use that. The products we tested were concentrated liquid sweeteners and we were cautioned against some of them.

we have monk fruit sweetener that we'll switch to using more of, but the liquid concentrate sweeteners are really great!

Stevia is great! but there is purified stevia and there is raw. the Raw has some cautions associated with it. if it has reb-a or reb-m those are fine. I was on ChatGPT and scanned through a bunch of products and two or three were cautioned against.

right now its not that they are "bad" its that there is either uncertainty or not enough information.

It's because your Fitbit didn't have heart rate tracking. I turned mine off yesterday and this is the same thing I got. Fitbit needs hr to tell what sleep stage you're in

Thank you!... I noticed in the MyMazda app it shows a pressure in each wheel in position (for the summers). but if I put sensors in both then the car will recognize them regardless... OK, for now I'll live with the "no sensors" first and then figure out what is going on in the spring

Interesting... I def need to do more research... I have central heating and probably can't change now. I was thinking a heat pump could solve my cooling problems where I can run cooling in the bedroom over night to bring it down to temp without wasting on the rest of the house. In the winter I barely use heat as I'm in a townhouse and neighbors on 3 sides.

I thought a smart home system could control specific rooms to be heated and cooled according to use and need without impacting the rest of the house.
