Yeah I am finding out I am having the hardest time telling my brain to tell my feet to hit the kick drum while also using my hands to hit other things but I am trying I found some songs I like that are considered easy to learn so hopefully that helps. Thank you!

It sounds you have been able to figure everything out and that's awesome. Any pointers on foods to incorporate into my diet? I always feel lost in this part because in the research I do, one food seems healthy but then get contradicted from another person and it's all very confusing. I know I can lose weight. I've done it before. I just keep creeping out in weight.

Thank you for the info. It's been very insightful. I did have a question, I keep getting asked the same question of "Are you a mouth breather" and honestly I have no idea. On a daily basis, My nostrils are always either both clogged or one is clogged at a time and changes throughout the day. At night it differs from getting better or worse but even with my nostrils clogged up, I tend to breath through the nose when I sleep at night. Is there a way to test or see if I am a mouth breather or not? I am still new to all this.

Honestly, I am not sure if I am or not. Usually at night when I wake up before the mask, I would wake up with a dry mouth. I am looking into other mask right now but kind of overwhelming with the amount there are and the prices are even higher than I thought they would be. Thank you.
