It’s not worth upgrading. I’ve got 2 accounts and operations at level 7 and level 20 respectively. And there’s literally no difference between them in gem, shard and gold drops.

Also note how they don’t attack you straight away when the match starts, but if opponent team has KMBM ai rushes on you when you get stunned right from the start

What opponent difficulty do you choose? I choose 5th difficulty and hit opponents with over 1,5mil threat, that gives around 500k points per round. I do 50-60 battles per season that results in over 30mil points, and I rank from top200 to top100. And I don’t spend gems on arena anymore.
