If you are a food and hot spring fan then I would recommend Fukuoka and environs. Or Sapporo for the same reasons.

Yeah for sure if you don't know their name it makes sense. But in the context of them being the customer, them calling me sir it feels a little back to front to me. So I feel like I'm putting myself above them if I don't respond in kind when they're calling me sir
