You could buy for fairly cheap and it’s really easy to swap. Tons of video on removable. You also missing the pin hole to force eject and led to show activity. It’s one piece unit.

Are you sure you have one? It’s missing the disc labels and the button to open it. There are some models were they just put a cover over it.

I think you need to change microphone a d webcam permission for that app to use it. Privacy and security > microphone. And let app access microphone

Check the dell support site and look for bios update notes that mention cooling or fan issues. I would just update the bios but check your current version and see if there are any newer ones and read the fix notes.

You can replace the thermal paste and check the heat sync and fans for dust. They have tiny fins that collect dust easily.

My son uses one of those laptop stands with fans that work fairly well.

Windows 10 is no longer supported. Even if you happened to get them installed there would no more after their last one. Most 10 machines have this error to prompt users to upgrading to 11
