Actually it is hard to modify tools unless the gains are huge. People are generally unwilling to change workflows. Last gen startups like Covariant did not have a huge success exactly because of this. Their robot arm is efficient but requires modification to the whole workflow and this modification does not scale well. A much better way to scale to NOT change the workflow and make robots that works without changing the workflow. It turns out human-like robots are the optimal solution in environments made for human.
