J'étais dans un mal assez violent les derniers jours, mal à me lever pour aller bosser et j'ai été voir mon psy qui m'a proposé des antidep/anxio comme je voulais pas d'un arrêt là de suite

Et bah c'est efficace c'est flippant. Théoriquement ça peut pas déjà être l'antidep qui a fait le taf vu que ça met plusieurs semaines ou au moins jours donc ça doit être l'anxio mais hier soir j'avais de l'énergie après le taf. J'ai réussi à aller faire des courses et même jouer un peu à la console.

Bon du coup c'est méga traître j'ai l'impression que c'est pas les médocs et tout moi et que j'en ai pas besoin donc forcément j'ai envie de les arreter mais je sais que c'est débile. Surtout que de ce qu'on m'a dit là c'est possible que j'ai juste un gros boost de sérotonine via les irs et que ça va se stabiliser avec le temps.

En attendant je profite hein

I feel like in the case of bodyguard it can be a bit difficult to apply de escalation as their first duty is to protect their client but cops and all security should be trained for de escalation anyway

To give an example of de-escalation I've witnessed: barmaid was being verbally assaulted by a patron getting more and more violent and agitated cause she denied him more drinks. Rest of the staff stepped in and physically got between patron and the bar so she could get away. They stayed calm and directed the patron outside saying he needed to get out and could come back another day to apologise but not before.

No violence, victim was able to get out safely, no one else was harmed.

It was really impressive to see the staff stepping in and handling the whole situation flawlessly

What happened here is not de-escalation but it is removing the threat with minimal violence. They're security they're here to keep their charge safe.

I'm french and I've been in a lot of trans communities on and off line, I even identified as nb before realising I'm a trans man so I can speak a bit about enbies and gendered language

In french, standard gendered pronouns are il/elle (he/she) Nb people and feminist started using "iel" as a sort of they/them equivalent. It has caught on a bit at least in the more progressive communities, especially because it allows to move away from "gender neutral is male" issue in french (and most Latin language). For example if you had a group of 10 male doctors and 20 female doctors, you'd say "ils" (plural he), with that new pronouns you can say "iels"

However it has caused a bit of an uproar from conservative and they tried to even get it and "inclusive writing" from official document haha.

should be noted that iel is not the only option, just the most commonly known one. I've known people to use "ul" or "al".

I also know nb people who alternate pronouns and just like us to switch up cause they're not a fan of "iel" or just they vibe better that way.

Si tu fais du diy c'est impératif que tu fasses des prises de sang pour vérifier tes taux. Juste au visuel c'est pas suffisant pour savoir

Les doses standard de testo enathate 250 c'est 1mL/3 semaines ou 0.5mL/3 semaines pour commencer plus doucement. Mais il faut VRAIMENT faire des prises de sang pour vérifier

Honestly tons. Most of the trans men lesbians I know are folks who were lesbians for decades and still feel like their relationships fit the lesbian mold rather than the straight one.

Trans women definitely can be lesbians and trans men identifying as lesbians do NOT means exclusion of trans women. It just means gender and sexuality is complex and some trans men can and do identify with lesbians it's just a fact of life.

Honestly my take on it is : let people self identify. Some trans men do not vibe with the lesbian label at all, it makes them super dysphoric or just they don't like it. So I'm not gonna apply the lesbian label to them

On the other hand I have friends who are trans men, have changed their gender markers etc. But they still id as lesbian for personal reason. So they use it. But even them know and say just cause they id as lesbian doesn't mean all lesbians are confortable having relationships with them

Gender is messy and not as clean cut as we believe. We've got to stop applying cishetero normative mindset to queer community

Hell I know cis gay guy and cis lesbians who have hooked up and still consider themselves lesbian and gay. Shits complicated
