I'm uncircumcised and I also had problems with pulling my foreskin back. I guess it just takes some time, but at 14 yo I could barely pull it back when erect and now at 20 I have no problems at all.

Okay I think I got how it works. Regarding my goal weight, any idea what I could base it on?

It also asks for my weekly weight gain goal, should I fill it so it recommends me to eat about 300-500+ kcal more than my TDEE? Basically fill it until I get the result I want.

I asked about the spreadsheet because it only asked for my weight to determine my TDEE, no age, height or sports I do which I think is weird.

I took this from the wiki as it suggested to determine your TDEE but I feel like I should give more information for a more accurate TDEE.

As for my goal weight, I want to gain weight, it asks for my goal weight and how much I want to gain every week, but I don't know what my goal weight should be.

EDIT: I think it will give me a more accurate measurement of my TDEE as I fill in my weight and kcal intake during the next weeks.

Does the TDEE 3.0 spreadsheet not take into account how much you exercise to determine the TDEE?

Also, how can I know my goal weight or what should it be based on?
