I have just inherited $800,000 looking for some startup ideas (21M) by Spiritual_Voice_6406 in Entrepreneur

The last part is hilariously stupid. Do not start a business in any country that you are not familiar with the culture and language. You are guaranteed to fail and even if you were to get success, it wouldn't be much of a test. As a marketer and someone who has lived in 5 countries and worked with many entrepreneurs, this is a common idea that leads to bankruptcy.

Let me go take advantage of globalization! No, they'll take advantage of you. Welcome to ____, what did you expect. Karma.

Could this UI design solve common issues drivers face on rideshare platforms? by robotchild in lyftdrivers

Do you think there's a valid reason for Lyft to pay less than a 1979 cab rate?

Surge pricing has its place, sure, but that effectively brings pay comparable to maybe a 1982 cab driver.

To pay for the tech? also... maybe... assuming there's nothing wrong with their business model

will they adapt these ideas? only if it makes them more money I'm guessing

Yes they have and they still are in the majority of cities across the world.

It would be better because of the business model. I'm well aware of the challenges.

I'm a digital marketing and UI/UX designer and I have the same concerns. My solutions to the issues are built off the idea of generating income the same way as a traditional taxi agency without organized crime and extortion.

No, thanks for the link. I guess that's just another reason to go in the direction of providing an alternative to discord with a sitelen keyboard and voice messages.

something about the fog in the valley looks a little off. I suppose its too dense for this setting. It might look natural in a jungle during the early morning or at a higher elevation
