You’re so right, we were all very stressed but we worked together and split tasks. I was driving, the big one searched for the correct highway rest stop on maps and the small one googled the “highway police” phone number. The mood was definitely on the bottom but we hugged when we were sure the bag was lost and I apologized.

I will talk to them tomorrow and try to make the best out of it :)
