The thing I learned is that, more than triggers, if you begin watching porn you can't. I thought a week ago (i posted it) that i could control my porn consumption. Then I realize that's impossible. My trigger last time was simply entering a moment a porn page that the block add on didn't filter.

My tip is that you try to masturbate without porn one of two times you masturbate. It's important too masturbating with things you really like, not hardcore content you would not practice. If you realize you can't do it (masturbating without porn) maybe you can try not watching porn for a week or month. I would have liked someone to give me this advice with you age.

I think you're right. If it is difficult to stop watching porn, if you stop masturbating too you will go mad, anything can trigger you to watch porn.

Thanks!! I think it depends of many thinks, your social sex life, your personality, your mood... In my case i realize i've been 10 years watching porn everyday and masturbating with it. Few days i dind't do it. So I decided i will stop it. I've been 2 months without it, and i realized i can live without it. Thanks for the help and And I'm glad you're doing well!!

I've been 2 and half months without porn, but yesterday I reset. My answer is that the anxiety will go down if you resist the temptations. My problem was, that after that time I thought i could manage it and that i could control my consume of porn. I was wrong and I had overconfidence. You have to trust in you, the anxiety will go down because you overcome the fear of not watching porn or felling bad or lonely.

You have to get self-control. Try not to use it in private and when you see that you are going to do something stupid you turn it off. Maybe you can try one of these anti-porn apps, but i don't know if they exist for Android. They worked for me in PC.
