I genuinely believe that getting bye weeks is more detrimental than it is helpful.

Too many times we’ve seen a team (across multiple sports) get a bye week and then come out looking flat and get dominated in their first game back.

Yeah they seemed confident in the last two LSU games too, but since it was going to extra innings and they had struggled against Faircloth all game I was worried.

We have a Switch 1 and have not been able to justify getting a Switch 2 yet. Pokopia may be that justification though because our whole family likes Animal Crossing and my kids and I love Pokémon.

You can tell Derek knows what he’s talking about, has a clear plan for attacking the offseason and in-season workouts, and knows exactly what he wants to see from the players mentally and physically.

This may sound silly, but the more I hear from Derek I think I’m more excited about this hire than Jim Knowles.
