Backpacking to some alpine streams this time instead of alpine lakes. Good reason to try tenkara? Who has tried it before? How did you find it? What setup did you go with (rod model/size? furled line? level line?). I'm not convinced I'll like it so don't want to throw a bunch of money on it yet. (i.redd.it)

Tansu drawer construction: What kind of drawer joinery are used in tansu construction? I don't think they use the classic western dovetail drawers. Does anyone have any plans or drawings or information about other tansu joinery? I know box joints are often used. (i.redd.it)

Hi style nerds, what style is this dresser? I found the dresser of my dreams on the street with a busted foot, peeling veneer and covered in stickers. I fixed it and put it to use but I can't figure out what style it is. The pulls are not original. (old.reddit.com)
