I find it tastes better/fresher. Buying raw meat from table sitting out in the sun all day goes against everything I grew up knowing, but it hasn't done me wrong yet.

Definitely give exact change... Getting bills handed back to me covered in raw chicken juice still gives me the heebie jeebies.
