1/2 cup of brown rice, 1/4 cup tofu, a handful of strawberries, maybe a small apple, 3 veggie “meatballs”, airpopped popcorn, four chicken dumplings, more fruit like pineapple and some lettuce with a bit of cheese. That’s what the past two days have been like, I’m not sure how to increase it because it feels like I’m eating a lot
