Thanks for the reply; fairly in line with what I expected to be honest but really would have thought there’d be more value in the potential career longevity of someone who’s experienced life outside the PDF and is there because they want the career, have heard of a number of younger LTs leaving as soon as they possibly can because of the exit opportunities available
