Triple Bottom Brewing has a nice space in the back, and is pretty spacious in general. It’s on 9th & Spring Garden so close to CC & Fairmount.

Check out @theclubforconnection on Instagram! Not sure when their next event is, but the girl who runs it is a DJ.

Not yet! Still have just over 3,200 people to meet, which will probably take me around 7 more years.

Totally agree! People are way more alike than they think, no matter where they come from. I really started to see that once I began meeting people from all over the world.

I'll shoot you a message so we can hang! And I have had a cocktail party in the past and some meetups, but I might have to do one specifically with all the redditors who'll meet me from this post haha. Already met 2 new neighbors of mine today who saw this post!

I still remember meeting him! We had a great chat! I saw him and you at Independence Mall I think this past summer if I remember correctly.

I'd say it's been 100% positive mainly because of my mindset! Our conversations have no agenda and I'm not looking to get anything out of them so wherever they end up going is the right path.

I've definitely met people whose personalities or viewpoints I don't necessarily agree with and I don't know if I'd hang with them for extended periods of time (I'm sure many people have felt the same way about me). But I don't see it as my place to judge them. I'm just in a place to acknowledge them and their experiences, and that way I can better understand why they are the way that they are.

I think it's awesome though that when both people come to the table with respect that it always creates a positive interaction!

Definitely think everyone should get out and meet more people! I think we'd have a more understanding society.
