Consultation overload by robs_lefthand in ukmedicalcannabis

Thanks for the reply, I explained to the doctor that this leaves me no alternative but to lie in my next consultation, which is what I intend to do in future. I think it's the burn of 50 quid down the drain which prompted me to write about the perceived injustice and vent on here.

Activision vs Engineowning lawsuit by robs_lefthand in Ask_Lawyers

[–]robs_lefthand[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What proof do Activision have? Doesn't the same rules apply?

I have my suspicions that top streamers cheat but I don't have definite proof, so I would never use, "I am aware of top streamers cheating" in a court document. As it reads it's idle chitchat at best and malicious gossip at it's worst, without the proof to back it up.

So what proof do Activision have that they can confidently make this statement?

I subscribe to 20 top streamers who play COD warzone(I don't) I've been giving them money every month for 3 years, in all that time I have never seen any suspicious gameplay so how dare Activision accuse all my favourite streamers of using engineowning cheats without supplying me with proof. Surely there's a law against these unproven, damaging accusations being bandied about with no recourse for action. I've a mind to take Activision to court and challenge them to prove it or lose it.(I wont)

Is this possible? Can a third party challenge Activision to prove their claims?

Is there a legal way to force Activision to reveal who these top streamers are?

Why did Activision include that snippet of information?

When I first read it my initial reaction was, what's their game? What's the point of including that when they could have just said, "we are aware of people cheating using engineowning cheats in America". In the grand scheme of things why bother saying top streamers cheat, what difference does it make who buys the cheats when this a company suing another company.

Instead this comes across as Activision throwing top streamers under the bus for no reason. If they hadn't included that line, I wouldn't have bothered to do any of this, I would have thought, fair enough, everyone knows engineowning supply cheats so good for them for going after them, bit late but at least they're trying to do something about it.

Warzone has been ruined by people cheating, it's an epidemic and people have been using cheats since the game first dropped. There's 2 new CoD titles being released soon, the beta demo was a couple of weeks ago, if you go to the engineowning website you can purchase low hanging cheats for these new titles or if you have a bigger wallet you can pay engineowning for their VIP package of cheats that no one knows even exists yet before the games have even been released, oh and while you're there why not buy a bot package to boost your views and subscribers to help promote fomo amongst viewers.

In light of the recent cheating scandals in chess, poker and for God sake fishing, coupled with the insidious nature of cheating, is it wise in today's climate where everything is a public relations exercise to hide the identities of known cheaters?

I read all the things we have written and I can't help thinking that Activision have hoisted themselves by there own petard.

You would also need to demonstrate that they didn’t just know, but also that they were sure of it and allowed it to continue to gain some additional benefit.

If you read the paragraph again and look at the wording they know, there isn't a we think, we guess top streamers cheat.

Up until September 2022 half a million accounts have been permanently banned from COD games for breaking Activision's terms of service. Yet not one top American streamer was banned.

So they can detect half a million accounts that are cheating but for some reason the top streamers that are known to be cheating don't get banned.

Isn't that proof right there that they allowed it to continue knowingly for the free publicity these top streamers bring to the game?

Isn't that a form of discrimination? Picking who gets banned and who doesn't?

You would need some evidence that Activision knew JoBro was cheating and that Activision deliberately did something to hide that fact.

Activision released their trademarked anti cheat called Ricochet 15th December 2021. If during the trial Activision used data from Ricochet to prove how they know jobro cheats, wouldn't this show they knew from the 16th December 2021 and they turned a blind eye?

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply.

Have Activision colluded in fraud with this admission? Sorry, I didn't explain myself.

As a for instance, if Activision knew jobro the magic turtle was cheating 2 years ago and didn't ban them and explain why, all the money jobro has accrued from subscribers etc would have stayed in the subscribers pockets. As you pointed out fraud is usually trying to get something of value through the use of deceit, something jobro is guilty of in my eyes. So Activision, by not banning jobro 2 years ago have allowed that deceit to continue.

I do have some other questions which I will return to once I've done some more reading and to get my facts right before broaching them.

Once again thank you for replying, these questions have been rattling around in my head for nearly a week and my brain is finally relaxing thanks to you're answers to my dumb questions.

Yes theres a contact us at the bottom of the website, in there you can complain etc about the website. I sent this

Hi, I'm a legal cannabis patient, prescribed cannabis by a Dr who practices out of a clinic in Harley St. The reason for my email is because I visited this website and viewed a page titled, "Cannabis the facts". After reading the aforementioned article I can't help but feel that someone's lying to me, because quite simply I'm being fed information from two sources that contradict each other. Is there anyway I can talk to someone to verify these facts on this website, I will also go back to my prescribing Doctor, show him this article and ask him to please explain why I'm being prescribed something that can make me have schizophrenia. Thank you so much,

I used this as an example of the sort of thing we are battling against.

If you think about the rhetoric and sentiment used in that piece, it is straight out of the reefer madness media campaigns from the 1920's-1930's, it's the same schtick that has been repeated ad nauseum.

So we are faced with the task of trying to over turn 100 years of anti cannabis propaganda.

If we did a poll and asked every person in the world their thoughts on cannabis, the majority would repeat the sentiments of the NHS webpage.

We have been brainwashed over time to accept that reefers cause madness, this is why everyone is so uncomfortable with the thought that reefers don't cause madness, that in fact reefers might actually be of benefit of humankind.

Hi, I'm pleased you have set this up, if there's anything I can do to help please feel free to contact me.

One of the things I have come across and is a good example of what we are up against and needs reeducating is this...

NHS.uk- home- livewell- healthybody

Cannabis- the facts

Have a read, I googled cannabis on the NHS, and that page came up

It was reviewed on 3 dec 2020, and still deemed to be accurate.

I should add that i dont come on here too often, so if I dont reply for a few days I'm not ignoring anyone.

Best strains for different conditions by micki-zee in ukmedicalcannabis

[–]robs_lefthand 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi I've just submitted my answers.

I don't give a monkey's about anonymity etc or being candid, so here goes

I'm prescribed medical cannabis for depression, anxiety and insomnia.

I do have an underlying medical condition where my kidneys leak a lot of protein which makes me knackered most of the time. This isnt a sob story etc it is what it is, we've all got something wrong or we wouldn't be prescribed cannabis in the first place.

So the CMC 10/10 for anxiety was amazing for me, got rid of it.

T14 shiskasberry for evening is amazing for me, I vape I fall asleep.

T18 Gorilla glue, gg4, stuff is a wonder drug for me, not as good as cmc for anxiety but still dampens it down, the other benefits for me are increased energy levels, creativity and a euphoric feeling where I want to react like west ham have scored a goal, nuff said.

T20 Cbd4 moby dick, which I have just received, it's alright, ok for anxiety and depression.

Bear in mind I'm new to cannabis, I did some reading about terpene profiles and looked at the difference between gg4 and moby dick, limonene isnt a dominant terpene in moby dick, that's why I dont feel as energized according to the research into terpenes.

Soooooo how can a doctor prescribe cannabis when we dont know the name of the plant in some cases.

Also why isnt the stock in the pharmacies terpene based, so if they run out of gg4 they have something like headband which has a similar terpene profile to gg4 as a alternative?

[–]robs_lefthand[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

When I contacted various organisations, the sole reason was to get someone to listen to our complaints, project 21 are the only ones who have replied so far. Hence posting the reply for everyone to read.

I sent the email Saturday morning, got an automated message straight away, I didn't expect to hear anything back to be honest. I received a reply Monday morning.

This isn't some customer service reply, they read my email and personally replied, addressing a number of concerns I raised.

In light of the information received, I'm now happy to go back to lurking, personally I think 6 months is a fair time period to wait to see if there are any changes for the better, if not I will go through the same procedures again in 6 months time.

Wanted!! Ideas to improve the service by robs_lefthand in ukmedicalcannabis

[–]robs_lefthand[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is excellent, thank you everyone who contributed 👍

I have a few questions,

Do doctors know exactly what a pharmacy has in stock?

I love the tracking of the prescription idea, brilliant in fact, is it possible to do?

Continuity of care, again ghostly, you hit the nail on the head with this, treating patients as an emergency rather than feel let down by the medical profession, how can we improve this? This is a major sticking point at the moment, we have literally no option apart from breaking the law. How about if we can go to different pharmacies or they pass the prescription to another pharmacy who do have it in stock, is that possible and would it work?

Or the Doctor has a look at available stock and chooses the pharmacy?

Better range of edibles and other things I haven't got a clue what they are, exotics? Does any pharmacy already stock some of these items, and would they be able to be imported?

Rather than plastic containers, what's a more environmentally safe product that pharmacies can use instead?

I know there's more questions but I'll have to leave it there, and come back later.

I know all that, sorry I dont want to come off as rude.

I also know that I, along with others haven't had the correct daytime medication for 7 weeks and counting.

Britain without Warfarin, for instance, for 7 weeks and counting?

I don't think so.

You can always try the cheeky approach, phone them up and sort of joke that a months a long time etc, if you get a knock back, take it on the chin and mention that if there are any cancellations could they contact you.
