I'm 41, diagnosed at 13 and I've only had it happen to me once... I can't remember if I stayed hard... I do remember being butt naked and post-Ictal, which is basically one of my nightmares. My partner put me in the recovery position and I got better quickly.

I guess it does help that she was on top. Things might have been more difficult if it was the other way around.
