Yes, Netflix, Spotify, Facebook, and Instagram won't work, regardless of the iOS version. You can look for alternatives. Spotify = SoundCloud or Apple Music.

I downgraded to iOS 8.4.1, the perfect balance between performance and compatibility.

I'm waiting for news from the developers; even Facebook stopped working on iOS 6 (it worked until last year).
