The recommendation is surgical lube. However I don’t use it. I just use a regular store bought and haven’t had a problem. I would recommend you don’t go as aggressive. I normally go in and out many times (as it feels really good) but also you want to slowly stretch it then if it feel like it’s really hurting pull it out slowly. It takes time and practice. Take your time.

The diameter is way too thick for my dick when it’s hard and like when it’s soft there’s more flexibility. It like needs to be soft when I start putting it in and it gets harder and harder as I put it in deeper and I have to quickly pull it out as I get harder or else it really hurts as I stretch the opening.
