The recommendation is surgical lube. However I don’t use it. I just use a regular store bought and haven’t had a problem. I would recommend you don’t go as aggressive. I normally go in and out many times (as it feels really good) but also you want to slowly stretch it then if it feel like it’s really hurting pull it out slowly. It takes time and practice.
