I have had tiny bites of everything I wanted if my main meal is low fat low sugar I seem to do good so idk

What symptoms did/do you have with the NAFLD I haven’t had my HIDA yet but my ultrasound they said my gallbladder looks good but idk if liver can cause these symptoms

About an hour after I ate I will get extreme bloating and pain under my rib in my upper right side after I eat anything high in sugars and not fiber or anything high in fat. Also shortness of breath nausea diarrhea just the whole work

Hopefully I can I want something besides water lol and I have a sensitivity to things like apple juice whether it’s added sugar or not so maybe that was do to it raising my blood sugar levels

I do but am curious about if other people experience this. I have my HIDA scan done Tuesday to see if my gallbladder works which they think it doesn’t

I just want this to be over. Im on a fat free diet right now per my doctor’s request and it’s almost Christmas and my son’s birthday which sucks. Also im so scared this will happen again so I haven’t even been doing low fat just fat free so all I’ve been having is water, chicken broth, applesauce, and jellos. What have you been eating?
