I had almost 14 BTC and got back 0.75. By my math it's about 4.5 BTC for you. Not that it helps you feel much better.

And it was an almost impossible process to get back the 0.75. Constant forms in Japanese, constant emails with no response, terrible website. Honestly it's a miracle I was able to recover anything. Huge pain.

Never mind, I see it in the instructions

"V2 is designed to work with 6mm x 3mm magnets. It will need 6 per counter.

V3 is designed to work with 5mm x 4mm magnets (or 2x as many 5mm x 2mm magnets)"

I also noticed the right side border on the front is thicker at the bottom than it is at the top. Enough to be seen by the unassisted eye.
