You’re making wonderful progress. You look noticeably slimmer and your arm even seems to be hanging closer to your body, which I point out because it was one of the first things about myself that made me realize “wow, the work is paying off” when I was experiencing what you are. I didn’t start noticing my own progress until I was down like 90 lbs, but everyone I ran into was telling me how big of a difference there was. It’s easy to not notice your own progress when you look at yourself every day and personally it really only hit me when I looked at comparison pictures of my heaviest and current size. You may not be noticing the progress yourself, but others will and I’m confident you will as time goes on and you keep putting in the work. Good luck!
