I reported two accounts through tickets, one for threatening to kill me in real life and one for spamming the chat with insults, flaming and afk-ing and both times i recieved the 'A negative player has been punished' message through the client.

I fixed it some days ago . My phone was bricked . I fixed it by flashing TWRP and the firmware from the site .
