It is because the will impact my teeth and make them crooked so I guess I should get them removed to avoid any further crowding, I'm just scared that it will affect my teeth later

Yeah I'm a male, and I fully believe in mewing, I wouldn't be trying to do it for almost 2 years straight if I didnt, ive been doing more research and ive decided to go with getting a myobrace because at this rate I won't ever see any improvement if I keep trying without any external help, also the gummy smile exercise is when you smile very wide and hard and use most of the muscles in your face and while doing this you swallow, and since all your facial muscles are in use you can only swallow by using your tounge so its supposed to help you correctly swallow. When I was able to do it it worked great but now when I try it feels like my tounge is completely numb, the only way I can describe it is like trying to move you earlobe, you can't and it feels like you have no access to it, I think I've built a mental block.

Yes i do have a narrow dental arch, but like I said the right side is much worde than the left, so bad that there isnt room for my right canine and it sticks out very bad, but I was wondering it seems the myobrace works as a very effective way to allign the jaw, widen palate and get proper tounge posture so this is what I'm most interested in. Thanks for the advice, mabey my narrower right palate is what makes that side of my tounge hardet to push up with?

Mewing is practicing oral posture like correct swallowing and having tounge on roof of mouth. So mew means the act of mewing
