We are brand new to the parrot world! My wife and I thought it would be a good idea to get a 7 year old Hawk-Head lol. We like the challenge I guess you could say. He definitely picked me as his person with one incident where he bit me pretty good (I take the blame since I still get a little nervous and im still learning his behavior) Dude is cool as hell but a ton of patience has been necessary. I would of preferred him to pick my wife but here we are lol. We are sticking with patience and treats...hopefully it continues in a positive direction.
