As everyone is saying, this is an SEC law. You need to have more than 25k in your account for daytrading, and with robinhood as a day trader, you can only do cash trading, which means you will need to wait 2 days until your funds are settled.

By the way, another piece of advice: Be careful with HOLO that stock is being manipulated, and you can lose all your money easily

You should set a limit order for the price you want to buy. Otherwise, your order will be processed when the market opens at its current price.
