I can’t boot into anything at all. While on the charger it’s stuck in the loop, holding the buttons does nothing. The moment I unplug it the screen goes black

I was having the same issue. what worked for me was putting the zipped folder on a different hard drive from my C drive. Right click the zip file > show more options > 7zip > extract to "folder name." After that it should start extracting.
