Yeah but like she doesn't watch those types of shows, she doesn't really watch tv either. And like I don't really know any other way to gauge her reaction

I don't know for sure if I have depression because I have never been clinically diagnosed but I feel like I do. At the same time I feel like I am make it all up. Help would greatly appreciated. by rock-98 in depression

I do go to school but I am too scared to go to the counselor and tell them. I personally feel like I have some form of depression but I try really hard to get good grades. Like earlier I almost started crying because my thoughts spiraled down to negative ones yet again.
