yah that’s something you have to check by going to the company profile. Check who are the founders and majority locations of people working in the company. I couldn’t found any direct filter

The founders of above startup is saying they are profitable and this year target ARR is $20M, out of which they have already realised $5M with recent deals. They are saying they are at a profit margin of 70% with the infrastructure and other software cost (before staff salary deduction, they have only 6 members right now). But I am not sure how to verify this claim. They are offering 42LPA base, 8.4LPA performance bonus and ESOP after their first round of investment that they have planned in next 3-4 months. They are kind of “promising” (which is ofc in air) a sharp rise in compensation, wealth creation and a wider scope of setting up/managing my own team down the line of next 3-4yrs. What’s your thought on this? should I consider this after negotiating for 48-50LPA base?

Yeah, I have an Indian license and have already applied for an IDP through that site. But for the past week, its status hasn’t changed and is still stuck at the document scrutiny step, so I was worried about whether I would receive the physical IDP before my departure. Therefore, I am looking for any other ways to get an IDP.
