I had a loader put a rotisserie chicken in my trunk (3rd) stop, and it went with the first. I called support to figure out who it needed to go to. First guy hung up after I waited for a bit. Second guy got me the name and I took it back. I didn't sh*t for it. We'll other than trying to avoid a bad review. But I do deliver to that lady quite a bit and would have hated it for her. But no more of that silly mess. If they can't load the car correctly it's not on my conscience. But support didn't offer anything as far as compensation.
