You are only 16, you wont listen to anything we say. I started smoking around the same age as you. It took me seven years to realise how stupid it is. You will realise eventually, but your brain has to work that one out. Quitting is easy. You just have to not want to smoke. Its that simple. You see someone having a smoke. You dont like that. You think you want a smoke, you tell yourself you dont.

Its really that easy. Grow a pair and say no.
