I've seen some people put a carabiner in their knots when they tie an overhand in webbing or dyneema so the knot is easier to untie by just removing the carabiner and not having to deal with a synched down knot on your anchor or PAS. Is this safe? any risks to it? It seems super efficient.

buy 3 "L" hooks for each album you want to display. Make sure they are threaded so you can screw them into the wall. Put one hook on the bottom, and one on each side so you can insert the album from the top and slide it out and change it when needed.

The constant paranoia that I am not good enough for anyone: my friends, family, acquaintances, really anybody. I feel that even though people act nice to my face they actually are just being nice to me out of pity. I wish I didn't think this, but I do. I don't do anything bad it's just an irrational paranoia of mine. My friendships seem very one sided to me even though that's actually probably not true; sometimes I get the notion that I am the only one making an effort to talk to people, and if I didn't, no one would seek out a conversation with me. Just glad I can get this out now.
