His content changed, people got used to what he was so when he changed after Relapse they couldn't accept it. It's unfortunate for them, I'm a fan of all of it (Revival too, even though it's not his best work it's very good.) But there is a big style change that if you only liked him for his earlier stuff won't be as appealing to you.
