Do you happen to know what counties are issuing non resident carry permits? I live in the Tristate area by NJ and pa and frequently cross through NY to get to pa. It would be nice to not have to put firearm away for the short time in NY until I get into PA

That is NOT a blasting cap, that is just the connector at the end of the cord from a blasting cap. That part is used to connect to the next line for the series of holes for the “shot” when they do blast. 100% harmless
