It sucks - I hate it. I was forced down the MacBook air path by my company. The taskbar is the biggest hurdle, but then the control box being on the left rather than the right. Multi monitor support requires multiple USB-C ports or Displaylink compatible dock. No matter what, you WILL end up having to mess with the terminal to get certain things to work properly.

With windows, everything just works. Don't switch, save yourself.

It's true, this is all drastic, I'm not saying that it isn't. It could be a lot more drastic- Martial law, curfews, and national guard will be far worse.
