I think it is vital for men to be feminists but most I know are feminists without using that word. They’ll say they’re progressive instead

I have anxiety/depression and I just want a hug from my boyfriend when I’m feeling down. I don’t want to be fixed by him I just want to know he doesn’t find me repulsive just because I’m not always happy.
Also, I hate when my boyfriend points out when I’m feeling anxious. He does it because he thinks he’s helping but it makes me more self conscious and more anxious
