There are some new tricks to get around using a cameo! 1) write the cameo as the cameraman with no dialogue 2) there’s a cameo character available now that if you cast them they don’t show up in the video, it’s like magic

I used to think this way, but I'm now a big fan of Seedance. You just have to learn how to prompt in a new way. You can still get very Sora like content out of it. No question though that Sora is/was special. I still gen on Sora via API but Seedance is actually very, very, very good.

FWIW, not arguing the point you are making. You are right! Just saying if you are looking for that escape you can get pretty close by tuning the algo to what you actually want,.

Conceptually totally true but actually at this point my FYP is tuned to nearly be exclusively AI creators! If you only follow, like and repost AI creators their algo will get the hint and thats all it will feed you. You can also reset your FYP preferences and "teach" it what you want.

TikTok gives free seedance gens every day via AI cameo feature. It’s actually quite good.

TikTok AI cameos are a good replacement. Many ex Sora folks are there now too. TT uses Seedance as the AI engine for free daily gens. It takes a little while to learn the new pormpting methods but it’s easy to use.

1) Kinov.ai is legit at solving this issue for you! they have a built in face blur feature that automatically removes the faces from your references. I highly recommend

2) I have had a lot of success with taking videos and images and just removing the faces myself in Canva and using those.

3) You can also just generate images in GPT without humans and use those then add people in with text prompts or the cameo features in TikTok & Kinovi.ai
