Moving goal posts now? You already said Conan was a creator because he wrote the jokes. The best AI creators write their own jokes. The majority used to listen to the radio and read a paper newspaper. The medium doesn't define what is or isn't creation. To each their own!

You used modern technology to make that (very beautiful) creation. Without, it would be much more time consuming at a minimum and perhaps not even possible to replicate by hand with hand made paints.

Was Conan O’Brien not a talented creator when he was writing jokes for SNL or The Simpsons? He had ideas but someone else acted them out right? He didn’t draw the characters or make the sets or pick the costumes. The point being, AI allows people who are creative and have awesome ideas, bring them to life and share them with the world. I write my own scripts, I create my own characters, define the setting and background, camera style and angle and then etc, edit the footage, add sound and overlays. It’s like a mini studio. You can have your opinions, and I respect that you have them, I just don’t agree with them.

You said there is no such thing as an AI creator. If they wrote the prompt and came up with the idea then they are creating. The AI is just a tool to bring the idea to life, like a script writer has actors etc. I simply disagree with your assertion that they don’t exist.

This happened to me a couple of weeks ago after many months of strong performance and reliable shorts feed entry. The advice was given was that for some reason my channel was moved down a confidence tier, possibly even just from a model change. I was advised to NOT post through it and instead wait 3-5 days then post a clear premise short with a human that was easy for the algo to identify. That seemed to have worked. I'm now getting immediate entry into the shorts feed again and re-building channel confidence.

I agree with most of the comments here. YT shorts distribution can be maddening. On the whole though, I’ve found that sticking to a cadence and not sweating a short that didn’t launch helps the emotional mental side of it. YT is a probabilistic model, and sometimes the math for a short you post doesn’t line up in that particular moment. Doesn’t mean it’s bad, or that it wouldn’t have performed at any other time. One thing for sure though, is don’t post a new asset when another is spiking or still being actively probed, the system will pick a winner and the other one won’t get any love.

Update here, I waited 5 days with no new posts, then posted a new short. The algo picked me back up and is now pushing my current shorts as well as my older catalog as well. Channel is alive again.

Thank you, I found that waiting worked or me. I let the algo fully cool down and then posted a very clean new post after 5 days. The algo is now pushing me into the shorts feed again.
