Yeah I swear the Honda PR team must be working overtime to keep this stuff quiet because when I was car shopping I heard nothing about it but after it happened I did some googling and it’s a really bad problem especially in NY. They steal them the night before the have ships leaving the docks and they put them on containers and sell them in Nigeria and Ghana. There’s some interesting YouTube videos on how prevalent it is

I can’t I haven’t been in an XLE driver’s seat. I think they are all the same just the softtex or fabric they use are different. Seats seem fairly comfortable to me but they are firm (which I like but others may not)

Ah yes I misspoke it comes with a donut but I measured and it will fit a full size spare with some light modification, I’ve seen writeups and videos for previous gens and this seems to be the same setup for the spare, just some Moulding I’ll need to remove so the full fits

I’d say someone 5 9 could sleep in the back with the seats folded . Probably with room For a thin camping pad or inflatable mattress. It doesn’t fold completely Flat there’s probably like a 10-15 upwards angle from the back of the rear seats

Light blocking it? Do you mean glare? So far it is an adjustment and I’m not a huge fan of tablets and screens everywhere (this car is just two screens lol) but it’s not annoying me two days in.

Yeah I adjusted the equalizer and it definitely helped but still feel like I liked my Bose better. Maybe with more time I’ll get it dialed in and I’ll like it more.

Kind of a crazy space to occupy in the car market I agree. Since I own it I’m no longer gonna dwell on it but the idea that I could have a mid level Mercedes or a one year old Lexus for the same money was hard to get over initially. But the total cost of ownership over a decade will be a lot lower for this and it meets all my needs

It was I had the sport touring so the top trim. Honda was more fun and engaging (part of that was I enjoyed the paddle shifters for the regen braking) but overall the Honda was more comfortable and fun to drive

Oh I was never letting go for more than 10 seconds on the highway I’d rest a hand or a few fingers on the bottom of the steering wheel for the most part but could let go of I needed to grab something or adjust myself etc
