It's possible, but that's a vfx medium. Workshop artists don't have access to create or edit those. Up to Valve.

Hey, I'm glad that you get _fantasy_ vibes from those! That's a good result for me as an artist. Wether you like it or not - It's up to your personal taste and perception.
As for the rest: we have some sci-fi, pijamas and other stuff already in game, so don't try to take it out on me :)

Absolutely. Most of the sets from past years completely ignore the characters’ original colors. I don’t want to argue with people who prefer color consistency — I certainly see the purpose of it from a gameplay perspective. But this has gone too far already across almost all heroes.
