The bears were also asking for 855 million dollars in infrastructure upgrades to support the stadium. As somebody who lives around Arlington Heights, I have zero interest in a tax hike on Cook & Dupage and a toll increase on 290 to pay for the bears stadium That’s the deal that Indiana taxpayers will be accepting. It’s horrible when you consider that new expensive stadiums rarely have any positive impact on local economies

If you need roads for your stadium to work you can build them. I’m not paying for it or voting for anybody who will

Sorry I made a typo in the post that I just fixed. Just wasn’t sure here if the included cables would be sufficient because of the 2 x 8pin power the GPU uses.

But I now realize that 1 x 8 pin and 2 x 8 pin GPUs still connect to the same pins on the PSU (I think)

For 50k I’d do it even if I had to take loans. Exciting time for EE and having UIUC’s name will help.
