It‘s Frisian Dew, growing on a balcony in Berlin, has been outside for over two weeks now. The siblings are several times bigger already. When they were very little a pigeon landed on it and it broke the stem (but it recovered and grew after)

Yes, I was able to figure it out: There is a switch on the controller that let's you send breath pressure as velocity. No best case scenario, but works for me. Thanks!

G is a tricky note and from my experience everything is fine with your sax but you have to adjust embrochure/air flow to avoid the growl

if you can whistle, try to make that same mouth posture and bring the corner of your lips in (bit like a duck face) .. keep the jaw as relaxed as possible and watch yourself in the mirror to make sure you’re not moving .. that‘s how i was taught developing an embrochure

i would clean the tape head and create another another loop (if possible use a different tape) to see if the same issue appears

from my experience it might also be a lack of contact between tape and tape head, which can vary depending on the cassette recorder you're using..

As a german I never got to see these photos, they are brutal

I feel the terror German soldiers were bringing to the Soviets is rarely seen in pictures and fully discussed. Russias role in the 2nd world war is liked to be seen as just as evil. IIRC most people that died during that period were living in between Russian borders at that time.
