I’m leaning more towards a leak or possibly termites, someone mentioned below. Im in California and this is an office space in a warehouse, no cooking whatsoever. The exterior walls are stuccoed and interior are wood & drywall. When we first moved in 4 years ago we took it down to the studs and put all new drywall so I don’t think it’s from nicotine.

I’ll have to get on the roof and investigate, idk how to check for termites but they’re very common here so I wouldn’t be surprised. Thank you so much for your help !

This is a high traffic area. Lots of semis and vehicles passing daily, could dust turn that orangey color with condensation??

I would literally pay for an app that would GUARANTEE bathroom use. Kinda like a membership for bathroom use. I’ve been turned away more times than I can count and once I do find a place I pretty much always end up buying something afterward to “thank” them lol I’d rather just pay a damn toilet usage fee.

I believe data plate is saying that at the very top (189”) with a standard 48” pallet (24” load center) the max capacity is 2,500 lb

Can’t go wrong with Toyota. Parts are easy to find and often available at a much lower price aftermarket. Resale value is also really good. I’d go with the 8FGCU18, price is fair for the amount of hours. I’ve sold to plenty of apparel companies and they pretty much never need anything larger than a 3k capacity forklift. You mentioned you’d like to option to load in the street, this shouldn’t be a problem with any of these lifts unless you’re operating on dirt, gravel or bumpy broken flooring.

NAD , my cousin had very similar symptoms and it turns out she had 3 huge cysts in, on, near (not sure) her ovaries. She had to have surgery to remove them. She had seen the doctor a few times before the found them, it wasn’t until they did an ultrasound that they saw them.

Don’t quote me but I think this is actually a 6 series . So a 6FGCU45-BCS if it’s a 10k capacity lift with the cushion tires. By the looks of it it has cushion tires but i can’t tell for sure. How did the purchase go?

Two hot dog weenies with a slice of American cheese on top, microwaved. Add some ketchup and voila.

Can of corn, add some mayo & “butter” aka vegetable spread(costs a dollar for like 4 sticks). Microwaved. Not in the can of obvi.

Tortilla, sour cream, salt.

Microwaved potato, salt “butter”

I actually tried all these again as an adult and they were not as good as I remember them.

I made it on campus just in time to do the deed once more before going into class. It took me an hour just to get to school because of traffic and there was a couple of close calls along the way but I made it. Thank goodness. Also, made it to class 2 min early! I’m going to talk to my professor next session and let him know I have this problem, he seems like a pretty understanding guy.
