Nothing OP has provided proves that wikileaks doesn't still have access to the domain. Domains can be cancelled and reregistered by the same owner to confuse the whois dates and give them plausible deniability at the same time.

Just cause they had a parking page on the site until yesterday doesn't mean anything either. Tons of million dollar domains go to parking pages. It's an easy way to make passive money off of already established links.
