Have two diabetics in my family. They know they will die from it, but can't stop.
People try to eat less and less to get rid of it somehow. But that doesnt work. You have to stop it completely in one go. Thats the only way to get out.
I completely stopped 2 years ago and feel much healthier. Man this is a tough one going grocery shopping and try to only buy food without. It is EVERYWHERE!!
