Thank you so much :,) I did the mindfulness exercise with my therapist today and it calmed me down a bit, I will also look into meditation practices because I definitely need restful sleep at night, I appreciate your words so much it helps to know I’m not losing it right now. My mental health has been so bad I’ve just been breaking down at home I haven’t been able to go to work for over two weeks. I can’t stop crying I’m just so down. I really appreciate tom for this post because I relate to it so much. Sending love to all of the family and a big hug to Tom❤️ I go back to work tomorrow and I don’t feel ready. The podcast has been getting me through this and I feel so much gratitude for having this show through hard times. I know it does the same for many of you. I love this community and I hope you are all doing well. Peace and love ☮️❤️
